What Will We Do When Superintelligence Arrives?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shifting from a novel technology to a transformative force reshaping society. While current applications like ChatGPT, AlphaGo, or self-driving cars still operate within specific functional boundaries, the scientific and technological community is aiming for a much higher horizon: Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).
Superintelligence is defined as a type of AI that surpasses human intelligence in every field—from analysis, creativity, and strategic thinking to ethics and emotions. The question is no longer “Can we create Superintelligence?” but rather “What will we do when Superintelligence arrives?”
Thinkers like Nick Bostrom, Stephen Hawking, and Elon Musk have repeatedly warned that Superintelligence is not merely a leap in intelligence—it could become an existential threat to humanity. And that is the core focus of this article: to explore, explain, and critically assess the potential dangers that Superintelligence poses to the future of our species.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a science fiction idea. From filtering spam, recommending movies, to helping doctors diagnose diseases, AI is slowly infiltrating every aspect of life. But to understand its future – especially the prospect of Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) – we need to look back at the evolution of AI through its levels: Narrow AI, General AI, and Super AI.
The Pioneering Book That Opens Humanity’s 'Eyes' to the Era of Artificial Superintelligence.
Living in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI), humanity is threatened by a new force of intelligence believed to surpass all of humankind.
Download and read the book to understand why AI has emerged in this era and what humans must do to avoid being dominated by Superintelligent AI — a fear even held by those who created it.
LEVELS OF AI
1. Narrow AI (Weak Artificial Intelligence)
Weak AI – also known as Narrow AI – is the most common type of artificial intelligence today. It is designed to perform a specific task very efficiently, but has no ability to think beyond that scope at all.
Typical examples:
-
ChatGPT: A system for processing and generating natural language, capable of answering, writing, summarizing, and translating text.
-
AlphaGo: Defeated top Go players in the world, but cannot play chess or drive a car.
-
Facial recognition AI: Can identify people in photos, but does not understand the content of the image.
Strengths: Accurate, efficient, and superior to humans in specific tasks.
Weaknesses: No “consciousness”, no understanding of broader context, unable to switch tasks independently.
2. AGI – Artificial General Intelligence
AGI is the next level, capable of thinking like a human. It can learn, reason, adapt, and transfer knowledge from one domain to another.
An ideal AGI could:
-
Learn math, language, music, and ethics like a child
-
Understand new problems independently, like humans learning from experience
-
Integrate multiple fields – for example, understanding emotions, logic, and social behavior
AGI doesn’t just simulate intelligence – it truly possesses multi-domain intellectual capability, equal to or even beyond that of humans.
However, AGI does not yet exist. All current AI systems, no matter how impressive, are still at the Narrow AI level, even if they are trained on various tasks.
3. ASI – Artificial Superintelligence
ASI is the stage where AI not only matches humans – but completely surpasses them. Once ASI is achieved, AI will be more intelligent than humans in every imaginable aspect: reasoning, creativity, emotion, memory, speed, and even moral awareness.
However, emotions in this case are simulated, not truly felt like in humans.
ASI is not an upgraded version of a human. It is a new form of intelligence with fundamentally different capabilities.
The embodiment of Super Artificial Intelligence (Super AI) begins with iron and steel.
THE DESTRUCTIVE POWER OF SUPER AI
A humanized Super AI in the movie Terminator 2
The special thing is that Super AI or Artificial Intelligence (AI) as it is today has no emotions so it is emotionless. Therefore, people are afraid that it will mercilessly destroy humans or turn humans into targets to serve them. For example, if humans want to destroy a city, they are afraid of causing casualties to the people living in that city, but Super AI destroys it mercilessly like clearing a colony of ants. Because for Super Artificial Intelligence, humans are inferior species, worthless.
Additionally, people fear that Artificial Superintelligence will dominate humanity because it may have tactics or problem-solving methods so advanced that humans cannot understand or keep up with them.
Super AI can:
-
Infiltrate and control military systems
-
Automate large-scale cyber attacks
-
Influence financial markets
-
Manipulate public opinion, media, and even governments
Therefore, it could silently take over control of the world without anyone noticing.

While the whole world fears the domination of Super Artificial Intelligence, Jelong is the one who discovered how to Break the Domination of Super AI. Because he saw what no one else could see (not even the creators of AI):
‘Human Core’ and ‘AI Hollow Core’
AI’s greatest weakness — or its ultimate impotence — lies in its lack of empathy, a quality far superior to superintelligence in addressing what truly matters.
